4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA (PURPOSE OF USING THE REGISTER)

The personal data stored in the customer register is used to create the flight's passenger list, to handle contacts, for marketing purposes and for purposes related to other online services.
The personal data stored in the customer register is stored in the Worldticket reservation system.

5. INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER

The register collects basic information about the registered, such as:
• name
• gender
• billing address
• telephone
• e-mail
• order history

6. INFORMATION SOURCES

Customers enter the information themselves when making reservations.

7. REGULAR TRANSFER OF DATA AND DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

No regular disclosure of data to third parties. No data transfers outside the EU or EEA. Worldticket processes data within its own rules.

8. REGISTRY PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

The customer register information is stored in systems managed by the registrar, which are protected by the operating system's security software. Access to the system requires entering a username and password. The systems are also protected by firewalls and other technical means. Only certain, predefined employees can access and have the right to use the information contained in the register stored in the systems.

9. REGISTRANT'S RIGHT OF INSPECTION

The registered person has the right to check the personal information stored in the register and to receive copies of it. The inspection request must be made in writing and addressed to the person in charge of registry matters.

10. CORRECTION OF DATA

The controller corrects, deletes or completes personal data in the register that is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated in terms of the purpose of the processing at the request of the data subject. The registered person must contact the registrar's person in charge of registry affairs to correct the information.

11. INFORMATION STORAGE PERIOD

Due to the Accounting Act, data is stored for seven years.
